The U-S-A has upped their medal lead in the Winter Olympics with a total of 18 through Thursday night. A sure sign of just how popular these Olympics have become, NBC's coverage was watched by more people than the yesterday's American Idol. It marks the first time that "Idol" has not won its time slot in the T-V ratings since 2004. According to the overnight ratings, 29.3 million viewers tuned into last night's prime time Olympics coverage. That's slightly more people than listened to the Dave and Dave Show this morning. On Monday's show, Duluth Superintendent of Schools, Keith Dixon and other school district officials will talk more about the transition to two high schools and will compare the "Red Plan" to several other competing long range facilities proposals. Enjoy the weekend!
