Another Twins-Brewers Matchup

Through the magic of inter-league play, the Minnesota Twins and Milwaukee Brewers will match up in another neighboring states skirmish on the baseball field this week.  This three game series starting Tuesday is being played in Milwaukee's Miller Park after the Twins took 2 of 3 from the Brewers at Target Field earlier this year.  The Twins also hold 43-30 record against the Brewers in their all time matchups.  The Twins(40-29) remain in first place in the American League Central Division while the Brewers (29-40) are 9 games behind St. Louis in the National League Central.  On paper, it would seem the Twins will roll over the Brewers again, but maybe the home field advantage will keep it close.  It's always fun in the Twin Ports with the various Minnesota and Wisconsin border battles, but baseball stills trails the excitement level of the Viking-Packer football rivalry each year.  Hear all the Twins games right here on 610 KDAL.
