  • JUDGE OFF LOHAN CASE! Judge Marsha Revel has removed herself fromLindsay Lohan’s probation case. According to Radar Online, the judge stepped down after allegations that she didn’t follow protocol during the trial. She’s being replaced by Judge Elden Fox, who happens to have presided over Lohan back in 2007 after her DUI arrest.
  • SANDRA AND JESSE TOGETHER? Radar Online recently posted photos of two people from behind, claiming that the picture showed Sandra Bullock andJesse James hanging out together. TMZ is now claiming that Radar is wrong, and that the photos are of James and another brunette that looks similar to Bullock from behind.   • LOPEZ WON’T BE NEXT JUDGE ON IDOL?  People.com has learned through trusted sources that Jennifer Lopez won’t be a judge on American Idol. The deal that the entertainer was working on to be a permanent judge on the show for its upcoming tenth season reportedly fell apart. A source explained,“Her demands got out of hand. FOX had just had enough.” Since Simon Cowell andEllen DeGeneres are not returning, the network is scrambling to lock in potential replacements like Aerosmith’s Steven Tyler. J-Lo is yet to respond to being out of the running.
  • SNOOKI TALKS OBAMA! Jersey Shore star Snooki is calling out PresidentObama. The 23-year-old reality star told E! News that she thinks Obama knows who she is, despite what he told the ladies of The View last month. She even has evidence to back her claim, saying that Obama brought her up while talking about the tanning tax back in May.
  • BRISTOL DOUBTS LEVI’S MAYORAL DREAMS! Bristol Palin is commenting on the announcement that Levi Johnston is running for mayor of Wasilla, Alaska. Bristol told Us Weekly that she didn’t know Levi had any political aspirations and that she’s glad he’s “looking for steady employment.” Palin and Johnston just broke off their engagement for a second time and have 19-month-old son together named Tripp.
  • MARK WAHLBERG TALKS ANNIVERSARY! Last week, Mark Wahlberg and his wife, Rhea Durham, celebrated their one-year wedding anniversary. Check out Wahlberg and Will Ferrell in the cop comedy The Other Guys, which is in theaters now.
  • ONE MORE EMMY FOR NPH! The Academy of Television Arts & Sciences have added one more Emmy nomination for actor Neil Patrick Harris. Harris was accidentally left off the list of those who were nominated for CBS’s 2009 Tony Awards broadcast, which Neil hosted. Congrats to N-P-H, who now has a total of three Emmy nominations this year.
  • LOST & LOOKING FOR WORK! Lost stars Michael Emerson and Terry O’Quinnwant to work together again. According to USA Today, the pair is looking for ideas to create a new TV show about “age and frailty” that they’d star in. You can check out the “Locke” and “Ben” portrayers on August 29th on the Emmy Awards – both are up for Best Supporting Actor for their work on the hit TV show.
  • TERI HATCHER HAS WRINKLES! Teri Hatcher has put up photos on herFacebook account showing off her wrinkles. In a post accompanying the pics, Hatcher says that she is Botox free and wants women to be proud of their appearance, wrinkles and all. You can see the pictures over at UsMagazine.com.
  • DUGGARS THINKING ABOUT 20th CHILD!  The Duggar Family, stars of TLC’s19 Kids and Counting, just brought their 19th child, Josie, home from the hospital, where she was for six months. And now, Michelle and Jim Duggar say they are open to having a 20th baby. The couple, who are devout Baptists, told People magazine that their family is stronger than ever right now. 
  • NO PROBATION FOR RIP TORN! Rip Torn was denied a special probation that would have kept him out of jail. So, it looks like the actor could be facing time behind bars after allegedly breaking into a bank drunk while wielding a gun.
