(Zimmerman, MN)  --  Authorities in northeastern Minnesota think a driver who died in a single-car accident late Monday was suffering a medical condition at the time of the crash.  It happened near Zimmerman.  The St. Louis County Sheriff's Office tried to revive the 46-year-old Duluth man found at the scene but he was later pronounced dead at the hospital.
