(St. Paul, MN)  --  Democrats and Governor Pawlenty have agreed on General Assistance Medical Care but the high-profile bonding bill for state construction projects remains unresolved.  Democrats pulled back their first bonding bill after the governor said he'd veto it, but they could bring a replacement version back to the House and Senate floors this week for a vote.  But that bill is still around a billion dollars, which the governor says is too big given the state's budget situation, and a veto threat looms on this bill also.  Democrats say they've included the governor's priorities -- but only half the money he wants to expand the sex offender treatment center at Moose Lake.
