ST. PAUL, Min. (KDAL) - The Minnesota Senate passed the Legacy amendment bill on Tuesday which allocates money collected from the dedicated sales tax approved by voters in 2008.  State Senator Roger Reinert from Duluth says the bill includes 1.5 million dollars over two years for the Duluth harbor and St. Louis River clean-up.  200 thousand dollars would go to the Lake Superior Zoo to help in its re-accreditation efforts and a million dollars was set aside for competitive grants for regional children's museums.  However, the house adjourned on Tuesday without acting on the bill.
