DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – Members of the Minnesota Nurses Association are expected to hold informational pickets of Essentia and St. Luke’s hospitals in Duluth on Tuesday.
The nurses are hoping to raise awareness of ongoing negotiations with the hospitals for months after labor contracts have expired.
Among the issues the nurses feel are critical include staffing enough nurses during each shift, student loan reimbursement, wages and benefits.
The informational pickets are scheduled for noon to 6 p-m on Tuesday.
