DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – Duluth Public Works and Utilities are working repair a water main break at 51st Avenue East and Oakley Street.
The break was found Thursday night and crews have been working through the night to restore service.
Most of the upper Lakeside area will be without water until repairs are complete.
Once service has been restored, it is recommended that affected residents boil their drinking water until further notice.
UPDATE: Water service was restored around 9 a-m on Friday. Drinking water in the area should be boiled until 3 p-m on Saturday.
