(Reuters) – Tropical Storm Marco is expected to weaken to a depression Monday night and degenerate to a remnant low on Tuesday, the U.S National Hurricane Center (NHC) said in its latest advisory on Monday.
The system is located about 55 miles (90 km) south-east of the mouth of the Mississippi River, with maximum sustained winds of 50 miles per hour (85 km/h), the NHC said.
