DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – Ecolibrium3 is unveiling the new Lincoln Park Solar Garden in an event at noon on Saturday.
The solar array is located along I-35 at the eastern entrance to the Lincoln Park Neighborhood.
The solar project was developed over the last year by Ecolibrium3 with community members and partners.
Supported by the Minnesota Power Low Income Solar Sense program, the array will support development efforts for the next 25 years.
The Solar Garden will provide power to the Duluth Veteran’s Place, a transitional housing project from the Minnesota Assistance Council for Veterans.
Masks are required to attend the event on Saturday at 1324 West Michigan Street.
