DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – The COVID-19 pandemic has meant changes to the traditional Christmas City of the North Parade in Duluth.
The event will be held along Harbor Drive and televised on KBJR-6 with no spectators allowed.
To maintain required social distancing, some bands and dance groups have been pre-recorded and other floats and vehicles will line up near the DECC and be broadcast as they pass by the William A. Irvin.
The parade will air at 6:30 p-m Friday on KBJR and will be re-broadcast on Christmas Day at 11 a-m
