ATHENS (Reuters) – Greece said on Friday that it will allow hair salons and bookstores re-open during the Christmas season but keep retailers shut, as most restrictions in the country will remain in place until Jan. 7 to help fight the spread of coronavirus.
In a televised briefing, government spokesman Stelios Petsassaid that churches will open only for the Christmas and Epiphany masses on Dec. 25 and Jan. 6.
