NEW YORK (Reuters) – Ticketmaster LLC is entering a deferred prosecution agreement with the U.S. government, a lawyer for the company said on Wednesday at a hearing in Brooklyn federal court.
The subject and terms of the agreement could not immediately be determined. The hearing is being conducted remotely.
