WASHINGTON (Reuters) – U.S. President Joe Biden intends to nominate Lina Khan, a former counsel to the House of Representatives Judiciary Committee’s antitrust subcommittee, to be a commissioner of the Federal Trade Commission, the White House said on Monday.
