DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – The Red Lobster restaurant in Duluth was evacuated following a carbon dioxide leak just before noon on Tuesday.
The Duluth Fire Department was called and crews shut off the HVAC unit and ventilated a portion of the building.
One staff member with headache-like symptoms went to a doctor as a precaution.
No others were injured or had carbon dioxide symptoms.
Repair technicians deemed the space safe for normal operations and the restaurant re-opened shortly after 4:30 p-m.
