DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – Duluth Police responded to reports of two more armed robberies in the Plaza area of East Superior Street on Tuesday evening.
The suspect, armed with a knife, took an undisclosed amount of money from the Walgreens Pharmacy and Jimmy Johns Restaurant.
Officers patrolled the area and a K-9 was used to track the suspect who was located and arrested without incident. A knife was found nearby.
The 25 year old Duluth resident was taken to a local hospital for evaluation and then jailed on two pending charges of armed robbery.
Investigators are still gathering evidence from a similar robbery at the CVS Pharmacy on East Superior Street Monday evening.
