DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – Another spring storm featuring freezing rain and snow is expected to impact the region on Wednesday and Thursday.
The National Weather Service Office in Duluth has issued a Winter Storm Watch for the north shore of Lake Superior for possible heavy mixed precipitation and 6 to 10 inches of snow.
The watch would be from Tuesday evening through Thursday evening.
Travel could be difficult with snow, ice and strong winds.
Freezing rain with some snow accumulation is also possible across the rest of northeast Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin.
More details on this slow moving storm system is expected on Tuesday.
