DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – About a hundred vendors will showcase the newest products, services, technology and innovation in the running and athletics industries at the annual Essentia Health Fitness Expo.
The expo at the DECC is free and open to the public from 4 to 8 p-m Thursday and 10 a-m to 8 p-m on Friday.

Friday is also the traditional Michelina’s All-You-Can-Eat Spaghetti Dinner serving up over 8,000 plates of pasta with cookies and ice cream.
The dinner is served from 11 a-m to 9 p-m in the Lake Superior Ballroom at the DECC with tickets available at the door.
Racing also begins Friday with the kid’s Whippersnapper event at Bayfront Park and the William A. Irvin 5K.
