DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – More than 2,300 people are scheduled to attend the 40th annual St. Louis County Health & Human Services Conference, which opens Wednesday at the Duluth Entertainment Convention Center (DECC).
The annual conference is one of the largest in the state for human services professionals, and runs through Friday.
This year’s theme is Come Together: Community, Unity and Hope.
The conference includes 132 workshops, two keynote speakers, an exhibit hall featuring nearly 190 booths and vendors, and opportunity for public and private sector practitioners and students to connect and recharge.
Doors open at 10 a.m. Wednesday for attendees to check in and tour the exhibit hall. The opening ceremony is at 1 p.m. inside the DECC’s Symphony Hall.
Advance registration is closed, but walk-in registration is still available for $125 for the three-day conference.
