DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – The current Deputy Chief of the Administrative Division of the Duluth Police Department, Laura Marquardt, has announced her retirement effective on April 4th.
Chief Mike Ceynowa has selected Lieutenant Ryan Morris to become the next Deputy Chief of Patrol while Deputy Chief Nick Lukovsky, who oversees the Patrol and Investigative Divisions, will now head-up the Investigative and Administrative Divisions.
Marquardt has spent 28 years with the Duluth Police Department in a variety of roles and Chief Ceynowa says they will miss her knowledge and expertise.
