SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) – Proxy advisory firm ISS on Wednesday recommended Tesla investors vote against re-election of board chair Robyn Denholm, citing “concerns on the risk oversight function of the board, in light of the pledging of a significant amount of the company’s stock by certain directors and executives.”
