MOSCOW (Reuters) – A presiding judge at the Moscow Arbitration Court on Friday rejected a Goldman Sachs request to dismiss a lawsuit by Russia’s Otkritie bank.
The court said it was setting the hearing in the substantive case for Oct. 5.
