DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – The Duluth Fire Department was called to a mobile home fire in the Gary-New Duluth area on Sunday afternoon.
Crews arrived to find flames on the front porch of the structure at 43 Burger Drive climbing the siding to the eaves and smoke showing from the roof line.
The residents and a dog were able to escape the fire on their own and no injuries were reported.
Damage estimates to the home and contents were estimated at 50 thousand dollars.
The Red Cross is assisting the two adults and two children displaced by the fire.
The cause of the fire is under investigation by the Duluth Fire Marshal’s Office.
