DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – The City of Duluth is looking for nominations for the first ever Good Neighbor Award.
Mayor Roger Reinert says the award will recognize a resident who goes the extra mile to make their neighborhood a better place.
He says picking up litter, coaching youth sports, checking in on the elderly shows others we care and “when we care others will too.”
Nominations for the award can be made online at the city’s website https://duluthmn.gov/mayor/good-neighbor-awards/ and should include pertinent information including a brief description of why the resident is being nominated.
Nominations are due by the end of the month and the mayor will present the Good Neighbor Award during his 2025 State of the City address.
