DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – Destination Duluth held its annual Celebration of Photographers Monday night at the Great Lakes Aquarium.
The event also marked the launch of new branding for the non profit organization that creates content on social media.
The 150 contributing photographers have a new focus called “Life Up North” to highlight the area for potential visitors and new residents.
The photos and videos on the Destination Duluth Facebook, Instagram and website had 66 million views last year, one of the top three social channels nationwide in the tourism category.
The group’s purpose is to foster a connected, vibrant and growing community.
