DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – Most of northeastern Minnesota and a portion of northwest Wisconsin will be under a Winter Weather Advisory from 3 p-m Wednesday until 6 a-m on Thursday.
Four to six inches of snow is expected with most of it falling in the late evening and overnight hours. The National Weather Service Office in Duluth says locally higher amounts are possible along the North Shore.
On Thursday, winds are expected to increase with gusts of 40 miles per hour causing some blowing snow and below zero windchills.
Plan on snow covered and slippery road conditions which could impact Wednesday evening and Thursday morning commutes.
