DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – At this week’s St. Louis County Board meeting, details were presented on how the 54.5 million dollars of American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds were used.
County Administrator Kevin Gray says the federal dollars helped to fund over 100 projects across the county that met eligibility rules.
That included response to the COVID public health emergency and its negative economic impacts as well as investments in water, sewer, and broadband infrastructure.
St. Louis County used the full allocation and provided the necessary documentation by the end of 2024 deadline.
More information on how the county invested the ARPA funds can be found online at stlouiscountymn.gov/ARPA.
