SAN JOSE (Reuters) – The first delivery of COVID-19 vaccine doses from Pfizer is expected to reach Costa Rica on Wednesday night, with vaccinations set to begin on Thursday, President Carlos Alvarado told a news conference.
The shots are due to be allocated first to workers at healthcare centers and elderly care facilities.
