DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – If you have a problem in your neighborhood with the streets, snow removal, sewer or storm water issues, you can now go online to report it.
The complaint will be routed to the proper City official to be resolved and you’ll receive email status updates.
The Resident Problem Reporter application also includes a customer service ranking.
This is the first phase of a program to bring openness and accountability to the services the City provides.
A 3-1-1 non emergency hotline for problem reporting and service requests will be started later this year.
The Resident Problem Reporter can be accessed at duluthmn.gov/report.
The site also keeps track of the problems reported, where they are located and the progress in resolving them. The customer service ranking is also displayed.
The Problem Reporter was launched on Thursday and as of Friday morning, there were 92 open reports, 54 resolved reports and a service ranking of 3.6 out of 5.
