SUPERIOR, WI (KDAL) – Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers and the State Superintendent of Public Instruction, Dr. Jill Underly, will be in Superior Thursday as part of a statewide “Back to School” tour.
The governor and superintendent will visit the Northern Lights Elementary School and meet with school staff, educators and students.
Governor Evers has announced a 90 million dollar investment into K-12 education to address staffing challenges, expand mental health services to schools and provide direct classroom support.
Evers and Underly are also stopping at schools in Tomah and Rhinelander Thursday.
