DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – Duluth Police were in the area of the 100 block of West 1st Street around 2 a-m Sunday when they heard shots being fired and saw people running from the area.
The people pointed out a vehicle to officers who then conducted a traffic stop and arrested the 25 year old occupant on various charges.
The firearm was located in the vehicle and an investigation showed that two shots were fired into the air.
Pending charges include reckless discharge of a firearm, possession of a firearm without a permit and possessing a firearm with no serial number.
Nobody was injured in the incident.
