ST. PAUL, MN (KDAL) – The Minnesota Unemployment Rate edged up to 3.4 percent in July according to figures released by the Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED).
The state lost 1300 seasonally adjusted jobs in the month which marks the first decline after 4 straight months of gains.
All five Metropolitan Statistical Areas showed over the year growth with St. Cloud seeing the highest at 1.5 percent while Duluth-Superior was the lowest at 0.7 percent.
