ST. PAUL, MN (KDAL) – Minnesota gained 17,400 jobs in October, up six-tenths of a percent from September on a seasonally adjusted basis, according to numbers released by the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED).
Minnesota’s unemployment rate for October remains historically low at 2.1%, up one-tenth of a point from September.
The national unemployment rate ticked up two-tenths of a point to 3.7% from September to October.
The Wisconsin unemployment rate was also 3.7 percent in October.
