DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – Essentia Health’s Vision Northland project is now 96 percent complete and plans are being made to occupy the new building.
Work is continuing in various areas of the building and some of the aesthetic elements will need warmer weather to complete.
Once a Certificate of Occupancy is received from the City of Duluth, equipment can be moved into the building and training can begin.
The new hospital, that replaces the current St. Mary’s Medical Center, is expected to welcome patients by mid summer.
