KYIV (Reuters) – Ukraine’s president said on Monday he backed a German plan for the leaders of Ukraine, France, Germany and Russia to meet in late September to discuss the conflict in eastern Ukraine.
Volodymyr Zelenskiy issued the statement after hosting German Foreign Minister Heiko Maas in Kyiv.
