MOSCOW (Reuters) – Belarusian potash miner Belaruskali said on Friday it had been operating at full captacity since Aug. 20 after operations were partially halted this month when some of its workers joined protests over the country’s disputed election.
Belarus has been rocked by protests and strikes since an Aug. 9 presidential election demonstrators say was rigged.
