DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – A maintenance worker was taken to a hospital after being rescued from a boom lift incident in downtown Duluth Wednesday.
The worker was pinned to the wall of a building when the boom lift he was on shifted as the sidewalk under it collapsed.
Fire Department rescue crews were able to free the worker by using air lift bags.
The extrication took about ten minutes and the worker sustained non-life threatening injuries.
The incident occurred in the 300 block of West 1st Street at about 11:40 a-m.
