OTTAWA (Reuters) – A British Columbia Supreme Court judge has approved a proposed C$14.4 million ($10.6 million) settlement from Apple to eligible members of a class-action lawsuit that accused the company of deliberately slowing iPhone 6 and 7 models through software updates, CBC News reported on Monday.
Apple has denied the allegations and the settlement is not an admission of wrongdoing, CBC added.
