PROCTOR, MN (Northern News Now) – Around 4:30 p-m on Wednesday, Proctor Police received several reports of a student with a gun at the high school.
Within minutes of the 9-1-1 calls, law enforcement from Proctor, St. Louis County and other agencies responded putting the school on lockdown and creating a perimeter around it.
Officers were able to secure the building and those still inside were sheltered in place.
