US Justice Department sues Oklahoma over immigration enforcement law

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – The U.S. Justice Department sued the state of Oklahoma on Tuesday over the state’s new immigration enforcement law, saying it unlawfully encroaches on the federal government’s power to regulate immigration.
