DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – The National Weather Service Office in Duluth expects the wet pattern we’ve seen over the last several weeks to continue through the end of the month.
Another one to three inches of rain could fall across north central and northeast Minnesota over the next seven days and the Climate Prediction Center says most of the upper Midwest has a chance of heavy rainfall through June 24th.
Some severe thunderstorms are possible for parts of the Northland again on Monday with multiple rounds of storms and severe weather continuing into the middle of next week.
There is also a chance for showers and thunderstorms this weekend.
Duluth is already 1.78 inches above the normal precipitation levels for the month.
