DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – A Saturday afternoon fire at a residential structure in Duluth left three of the four housing units uninhabitable.
Fire, smoke and water damage was estimated to be between 300 and 400 thousand dollars.
When Duluth fire crews arrived the building, at 906 Baylis Street, had flames involving the porch, part of the roof and the attic.
All of residents were safely evacuated and there were no reported injuries.
The cause of the fire is being investigated by the Duluth Fire Marshal’s office.
