DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – The St. Louis County Board has approved an ordinance that will regulate the cannabis business.
It will go into effect on January 1st and covers municipalities and townships where the county is the planning and zoning authority.
The ordinance will address the use of cannabis in public, establishes where cannabis and hemp businesses can locate and sets hours of operation.
The ordinance can be modified as the cannabis industry develops in the state.
