DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – The Duluth Police Department has launched a crime mapping dashboard that displays various types of crime incidents reported in the city over the last three years.
The incidents on the map will include all the offense categories recorded as part of the National Incident Based Reporting System. The exceptions include human trafficking, sex offenses and non violent family offenses.
New cases will be added to the map each week and data is refreshed quarterly to update any cases.
The crime map is another way the police are building trust through transparency and allows residents and visitors to view crime data within the community.
