DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – The St. Louis County Board has chosen First District Commissioner Annie Harala to be Board Chair in 2025.
Harala, who joined the Board in 2023, is the first woman to serve as Chair in 20 years and replaces last year’s Chair Keith Nelson.
7th District Commissioner Mike Jugovich was named as Vice Chair.
At Tuesday’s meeting, the four commissioners who were re-elected in November were sworn-in to serve another four year term.
Committee Chairs were also announced and the 2025 County Board meeting schedule was approved.
