DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – The dangerous cold temperatures has prompted the Duluth Chapter of the NAACP to cancel the planned Martin Luther King Jr. Day march that was scheduled on Monday morning.
There will still be a Community Breakfast at the Copper Top Church beginning at 7 a-m and an MLK Day Rally will be held at Symphony Hall in the DECC at noon.
The rally is open to all and will feature several speakers, live performances and MLK Essay Contest winners.
