Cleveland Browns tight end Austin Hooper was ruled inactive for Monday’s game against the visiting Baltimore Ravens.
Rookie Harrison Bryant and David Njoku likely will see an increase in snaps in the absence of Hooper, who is nursing a neck injury. Hooper was added to the injury report Friday as a non-participant in practice.
Hooper, 26, ranks second on the Browns (9-3) in catches (30), fourth in receiving yards (286) and tied for third in receiving touchdowns (two).
Also inactive for Cleveland on Monday are wide receivers KhaDarel Hodge and Marvin Hall, cornerback Denzel Ward, safety Tedric Thompson and defensive end Joe Jackson.
Cornerbacks Anthony Averett and Tramon Williams, outside linebacker Jaylon Ferguson, center Trystan Colin-Castillo, tight end Luke Willson and defensive tackle Broderick Washington were listed as inactive for the Ravens (7-5).
