Townships to be reappraised include: Alango, Alden, Angora, Ault, Bassett, Camp Five, Colvin, Crane Lake, Fairbanks, Field, Fredenberg, French, Gnesen, Kabetogama, Leiding, Linden Grove, Morcom, North Star, Owens, Pequaywan, Sturgeon, and Willow Valley.

Appraisers from the County Assessor’s Office will be visiting properties in these areas over the next several months, likely beginning within the next two weeks. Postcards will be sent to property owners informing them to expect a visit in the coming weeks.
Some changes in what to expect this year due to the distancing recommendations related to COVID-19, the appraiser will not be knocking on doors, making a personal introduction or going inside any buildings. Appraisers will be viewing properties from a marked St. Louis County vehicle.
