McEwen Tops Simonson In DFL District 7 Primary

DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – Jen McEwen defeated Erik Simonson in the DFL primary for the State Senate seat in District 7.

McEwen, the DFL endorsed candidate, topped incumbent Senator Simonson with over 70 percent of the vote.

McEwen will move on to face Republican candidate Donna Bergstrom in November.
