DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – The Duluth Fire Department has issued a warning for dangerous swimming conditions at Park Point beaches until 10 a-m on Wednesday.
The Red Flag Warning means high wind and wave conditions can support the formation of life threatening rip currents.
The National Weather Service Office in Duluth says strong northeast winds will result in three to five foot waves that are expected to affect both Park Point and Wisconsin Point beaches on Tuesday afternoon and evening.
